Phillipians

This letter was also written while Paul was under house arrest in Rome. It was meant as an encouragement to one of the first churches founded in Europe at Phillipi of Macedonia. The church began in the home of Lydia, the merchant of purple cloth mentioned in the book of Acts. Phillippians is noted as the most tender of Paul's epistles and contains great spiritual insight, none of which needs to be elaborated on by me!

Tomorrow's reading: James 1:1-3:18
