The text speaks for itself...Jesus thought the Pharisees were hypocrites. It is not too difficult to see why the Pharisees were threatened by jesus and wanted him killed. They did not believe that He was the Messiah, and He certainly was a threat to their positions of authority. So the handwriting was on the wall...
